This page is for our vendors. It includes general guidelines for our markets and vendor resources.

Thanks for visiting!

Please note: we are now scheduling food trucks for summer 2023 (every Thursday from the beginning of June - Oct. 15). Expected pricing is $25/ week.  Contact the Market Manager. Final pricing and summer 2023 vending rules are subject to city approval.
In short, please:
  • only sell products that are handmade or homegrown,
  • make sure you've got the proper licensing and training for your products and business,
  • show up a little early,
  • stay for the whole market,
  • treat everyone well, and
  • clean up after yourself.
  • We hope you join us!

Pricing:
  • Prices must be listed.
  • Produce in the Park does not set price floors at this time, but please consider there is a premium value to buying food at a farmers market: products are fresh, and customers enjoy a boutique shopping experience.
  • Please consider your costs when pricing your products, and price at or above grocery store prices.
Business representation:
  • A market stand can be managed by any employee or volunteer who represents the business, including another vendor at the market.
  • The person who made or grew the original product is required to register as a vendor with Produce in the Park, pay the vendor fee, and follow all rules and proper licensing as laid out in the application.
  • Products sold by anyone other than the person who made or grew the product must be labeled with the source of origin (farm name and maker/grower contact info).
  • Any products sold by anyone other than the person who made or grew the product must be made or grown within 75 miles of Atlantic.
Youth at the market:
  • Youth age 16+ may apply to be vendors at all markets. The vendor must serve as primary contact with the market manager.
  • Youth age 10- 15 can participate in the summer market as vendors once a year (summer markets only) and are expected to follow same rules and regulations as adults.
  • A responsible adult must be present when youth 10-15 are selling.
  • Youth are welcome to volunteer with the market for Silver Cord hours or other programs.
  • If an organization or business is registered as a youth organization, the youth need to be the ones working the market stand (not the parents, or organization advisors).
  • Youth organizations that include youth aged 10-15 can participate at all markets, as long as youth 16+ are also involved at the market.
